Are all pieces handmade?

My shop offers both handmade polymer clay designs and curated metal styles.

Handmade pieces are designed and created by me using polymer clay.

Curated metal pieces are thoughtfully sourced (not handmade by me) and selected to complement the overall collection.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

All handmade polymer clay pieces are assembled using nickel-free metals.

Curated metal styles vary by design, so please refer to each product description for specific material details. Sensitivity can differ by individual, and reviewing materials before purchase is recommended if you have known metal sensitivities.

Can items be customized or personalized?

At this time, customization is not offered on either handmade or curated pieces unless specified in the product description.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Handmade items may have slight variations in color, shape, or pattern. These differences are a natural part of small-batch design and make each piece unique.

Are these pieces suitable for children?

Jewelry is typically intended for adult wear and may contain small parts. Please use discretion.

How do I care for my polymer clay jewelry?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

•Avoid bending, twisting, or intentionally flexing

•Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising

•Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, and cleaning products

•Store jewelry in a sealed, dry place when not in use

With proper care, your pieces can be enjoyed for years.


✨ Returns & Order Concerns

 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

 Are all sales final?

Yes — all sales are final.

Due to the limited, small-batch, and one-of-a-kind nature of many pieces, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll be happy to assist.


Shipping & Delivery

 

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted.

Processing times may be longer during launches or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

What happens after you ship my package?

Once an order has been transferred to the postal carrier, responsibility for the package is outside of my control.

I am unable to replace or refund items that are lost, delayed, or stolen during transit. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout and consider selecting a secure delivery location.


Availability & Updates 

 

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some styles may return, while others are limited or one-of-a-kind.

Using the “Notify Me” button on sold-out items helps gauge interest for potential restocks.

Do you offer wholesale?

Wholesale is offered on a limited, case-by-case basis.

I partner with a small number of retail shops whose aesthetic and customer base align with my brand. Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase, and availability may vary by collection or drop.

Retailers interested in carrying select styles are welcome to reach out via email with their shop information for consideration.

How can I stay updated on new releases?

New styles are released in limited drops throughout the year.

Following along on social media or joining the email list on the website is the best way to stay in the loop.
